Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time
All estimated delivery times below are based on data from previous orders. These values are for reference only and serve as general guidelines.

Order processing begins the same day your order is placed. We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 00:00 GMT will be processed on the next business day.

Note
- Public holidays may cause delivery delays due to limited courier and supplier operations. Standard service will resume immediately after the holiday period.
- Incorrect address details or local delivery issues may also cause delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on the Track My Order page.
If your shipment status is not updating, please contact us – we’ll assist you promptly.
Changing the Shipping Address
If you wish to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at info@eloura-moda.com. If your order has already been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

We may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
Unexpected Delays

Damaged Packages During Transit
If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact our customer service team. If it was delivered in your absence, please reach out to us for further instructions.
