By submitting a return or exchange request through Wyndmore, you accept the terms below. These rules are intended to clearly inform you about our return and refund procedures. They apply only to orders fulfilled within United Kingdom.
Return Policy – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the moment you receive your entire order to submit a return request. The 30-day period begins once the full order has been delivered.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must be in good condition – new or lightly used – and in its original packaging. Products showing excessive signs of use, damage, or missing parts (not caused by us) will not be accepted for return.
Returns submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exception: If you received the wrong or a damaged item, we will send you a free prepaid return label via email and cover the shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@wyndmore.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items returned in good condition (new or lightly used). Please contact customer service to begin the exchange process.
